We are expanding and seeking a high-performance Sales Architect to lead consultative sales efforts and drive specification-based growth.
Position Overview
The Sales Architect is a commission-driven sales professional responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and delivering engineered air movement solutions that create measurable value.
This is not transactional equipment sales. This role requires solution design, influence within the specification process, and long-cycle relationship development.
The ideal candidate understands how to navigate construction, retrofit, and industrial environments while positioning themselves as a trusted advisor — not just a vendor.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with:
Architects
Mechanical Engineers
General Contractors
Facility Directors
Distribution Partners - Drive specification of air movement and HVLS solutions into project plans
- Identify new construction and retrofit opportunities
- Conduct site evaluations and needs assessments
- Present engineered solutions with ROI-driven proposals
- Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline
- Represent Weaver Air Products with professionalism and credibility
Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission-Based
- Competitive commission structure based on margin performance

Strategic account development
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual revenue milestones - Residual earning potential on recurring or subscription-based solutions (where applicable)
High performers in this role have uncapped earning potential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven B2B sales experience (construction, HVAC, industrial equipment, or engineered solutions preferred)
- Experience selling through specification channels strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodology
- Ability to interpret mechanical plans and technical drawings (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-only structure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
